BISP 8171 Payment Start 2025

The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) 8171 June 2025 has been dispensed by the Government of Pakistan.   Thousands of families are now receiving their money. The 13,500 installment with more people expected to receive it in the coming days. This is being done in phases across the country to avoid long queues and to make things easier to identify.

2025 Payment Begins in Phases

BISP has launched four phases of assistance. Phase 1 started on June 15, 2025, covering all areas like Lahore, Multan, and Jhang. Phase 2 covers Karachi, Hyderabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and other areas of KPK starting from June. Phase 3 will cover KPK and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Phase 4 will cover Gilgit-Baltistan and FATA.

This phased approach helps reduce the number of camps and agent shops, and it also provides a better way for women and the elderly to access money.

Payment Channels and Methods

Payments are being made through various methods:

From the BISP government camps

Through JazzCash and HBL Konnect agents

Through HBL Bank ATMs

Through CNIC-linked mobile wallets

To receive payment, people should bring their original National Identity Card (CNIC) and get their thumbs verified.

There should be no deduction in the payment.

In case somebody tries to take out money, report it to the authorities fast.

Who Can Get the Rs. 13,500 Payment?

The June 2025 amount will be disbursed only to families who are registered and eligible in BISP. To check if you are eligible,

Go to the website: https://8171.bisp.gov.

Enter your National Identity Card (CNIC) number.

Click on “Check Eligibility.”

You will immediately know if you are eligible.

Or

Send your CNIC number via SMS to 8171.

You will receive your payment details in response.

Eligibility requirements:

Your family must be registered in BISP’s dynamic survey.

You must not be a taxpayer.

You must not be a government employee.

The woman must be registered in the Women’s Sponsorship Program.

The National Identity Card (CNIC) must be valid and up-to-date.

There must be no foreign travel on the CNIC.

Pending Cases Also Being Paid

Many people are not getting assistance from January to April 2025 and are being cleared in this phase from now on. Cities like Muzaffargarh, Sahiwal, and Rahim Yar Khan are included in this group. The government aims to complete all such pending payments before Eid.

Visit the HBL ATM with your ID card.

Visit the JazzCash or the Connect mobile application.

SMS your ID card number to 8171.

Visit the nearest BISP office.
